instructions below. The
Paragraph Indentation blue box is not for
reference – it’s just to

1.Blocked paragraph – consists of lines which all begin flush
with the left margin.

2.Indented paragraph – has the first line indented to the right
of the left margin with all succeeding lines starting at the left
margin.

3.Hanging paragraph – has the first line at the left margin and

1. Open Margins Activity 4.

2. For each one of the paragraphs use the blocked, indented and hanging styles
paragraphs. {Format, Paragraph, Indentation, Special (none, first line, hanging)}
3. Double-space the paragraphs.
4. Select one of the paragraphs and use drop caps.
5. Using page margins set the all margins to 2 inches.
6. Spell-check the document.
7. Save this document as Margins 4.
