Hi Acadsoc Teachers!

We've received a handful of concerns regarding the documents you are required to submit. And
for that, we would want to clarify this matter.

Acadsoc HIGHLY requires the documents because it is also required by the Chinese government
from us in order to continue operating. Also, we would like to make our platform and tutoring
service more professional.

Here are the requirements:

1. (2) valid ID's

- Passport
- Driver's License
- UMID Card
- Voter's Certification with Dry Seal
- Comelec Voter's ID
- Senior Citizen ID from LGU
- PRC ID

We are requiring this ID for identification purposes as the Chinese government requires these
from our teachers. Please provide two IDs from the options above.

2. NBI Clearance

This is another valid proof of identity.

3. Selfie With ID

This is to verify that the photo on your ID matches your face. Take a selfie with the front part of
your ID. Note that this will not be sent to the government but it would be used for our own
documentation.

4. Bank Statement

Since we will be replacing our mode of salary payment (from Paypal to your own personal bank
account), we will be requiring applicant or current Independent Contractor to provide us your
own Bank Account Details (Bank Name, Bank Account Name, Account Number, etc).

The reasons below:

a. We need this because we will pay you through your bank directly. This is for your own benefit
as well. PayPal or other 3rd party platforms require manual transaction for each teacher. By
collaborating with our bank, we would be able to send your pay fast and hassle-free.
b. If we send your payment to the wrong account number, your pay will be delayed and it would
be a loss for us too. In order to avoid this, your info on your bank statement is needed.

5. Bank Info Verification

To avoid incorrect information, we request that you provide us proof of your own personal bank
account. You can submit any reliable proof like photocopy of deposit slip or bank statement
showing your name and your bank details. Again, this is just to ENSURE THAT YOUR BANK
DETAILS ARE ALL CORRECT, so that your SALARIES WILL BE CREDITED CORRECTLY.

Teachers are required to submit these requirements by September 1. If these requirements are
not met, then it might be more hassle to your part as there might be a problem with your
contract with Acadsoc.
