IMPORTANT REMINDERS

The Embassy cannot process incomplete visa applications.

Therefore kindly ensure you have:

□ Printed the fully completed online application form with the machine readable barcode

□ Glued the picture to your application form

□ Read and checked the data in your application form and made corrections in writing in
the form where required (the application alone is legally binding; visas are issued with
dates that are given in the application form; only written corrections are valid)

□ Signed your application form in the designated place on three separate pages to make it
valid

□ Answered and signed the declaration “Information provided to applicants

pursuant to Section 54 (2) 8 in conjunction with Section 53 of the Residence Act”

□ Removed your documents from envelopes, folders, clear plastics etc, and put them in
order (separate original and photocopies).
