ALL CONCERNED TEACHERS:

In connection with the Division Schools Press Conference to be held on October 16 – 17, 2018, the
undersigned would like to ask permission that the following student-contestants whose names are
attached to this letter be allowed to have a team practice and workshop for their individual and team
events.

Furthermore, it is requested that they be excused from their classes starting October 9 – 15, 2018, 1:00PM
– 5:00PM and they be allowed to make up for exams, activities or assignments that they might miss.
