A NARRATIVE REPORT DURING THE DSPC ‘19

“One honest voice is louder than a crowd.”

38 student journalists from Kalinga State University Laboratory High School set
forth towards Magsaysay Elementary School, Magsaysay, Tabuk City, Kalinga on
October 10-12 for the Division Schools Press Conference 2019.

Guided by three coaches, the student journalists joined the different competitions
altogether with the other writers and broadcasters form other school within the division
of Tabuk City.

The first day was spent through lectures and contest proper in Feature Writing,
Editorial Cartooning, Editorial Writing, Science Writing and Radio Broadcasting, both in
English and Filipino.

News Writing, Sports Writing, Collaborative Writing, Online Publishing and TV

Broadcasting were done during the second day.

Awarding came during the third day. Adjudged as best among the bests, 10
student journalists from Kalinga State University Laboratory High School, both Filipino
and English category will be advancing to the Regional Schools Press Conference
come November 25-28, 2019.
