To start the drill, four players line up circling in the lane. 4 takes the ball out-of-bounds and passes to 1 running up the floor.
Coach takes a shot, and 4 rebounds the basketball. On the shot, 1 runs to the sideline and then turns and pivots toward the ball. 1 then makes a

The "2/3" shaded areas are where the wing players should run. 2 and 3 both run wide on the sideline and then curve toward the basket looking for a lay-up.
The "4" shaded area is where the post man should run. In this frame, 1 passes to 2.
There should be no dribbling in the drill. Passes only.

Lay-up

After passing the ball to 1, 4 runs the length of the floor and tries to get the ball out of the net
before it hits the ground.
1 again runs to the sideline then cuts up the floor.
2 and 3 run wide for a lay-up.

The goal is to complete as many lay-ups as possible in 25 seconds.

This drill has 3 lines (1 with guards, 1 with wings, and 1 with post players). Once W has the ball, P moves up from the baseline to set a wing ball-screen
for W.
A Coach is set on the wing with a ball.
In this option, W hits P on the roll. P scores with a dunk or lay-up.
The drill starts with G passing to W. G then cuts through the lane to the
opposite corner and sets up for a shot.

The 2nd Post player on the baseline passes to W at the elbow for a shot. G and W both rebound their own shots and pass back out to G and Coach,
respectively.
Coach passes to G in the corner. G shoots the 3.

The Post on the pick and roll follows his shot and takes the ball to the
baseline.

In option 2, G passes to W and cuts to the opposite corner just as in option 1. P moves up from the baseline to set a wing ball-screen for W.

W drives to the elbow, but instead of passing to P on the roll he passes to G


in the corner for a shot.

The post player on the baseline hits P who is popping to the short corner.
