The Enterprise Management Association (EMA) is the professional academic organization of the School of
Management (SMN) at the University of Asia and the Pacific (UA&P). This holiday season, EMA will be organizing
its annual Christmas Outreach Project entitled “ChristmaSAYA”. With the organization’s recognition on the value of
service in bringing positive change to the society, the project will be dedicated for the less privileged youth. We are
therefore writing this letter in order to invite you and your company to give a hand in sharing the gift of love this
season through our special event.

The organization believes that Christmas is a season of goodwill - of giving back all the blessings we received to those
who need it. Hence, EMA’s ChristmaSAYA is focused on sharing joy and uplifting the spirits of children, especially
those struggling for their daily needs, through a fun-filled program. We hope to give them an opportunity to create
wonderful moments as we know that they’re the most excited in this atmosphere of peace, love, and magic.

ChristmaSAYA will be held on the 18 of December 2019 and consists of three different programs for each of the

chosen beneficiaries. The first program is dedicated for the street kids in the neighborhood of UA&P with the main
goal of giving them school supplies and grocery items for a warmer celebration of Christmas. The second program is
for the sick children aged 3 to 5 years old from Rizal Hospital. The visit will include imparting to them words of
encouragement, toys, food, and a monetary support for their medicines. Lastly, the third program is for orphaned
children aged 7 to 10 years old from San Lazaro Orphanage. We have prepared for them a day filled with games. They
will also receive toys, foodstuff, and school supplies. With this, Christmas will remind us that we are here for
something else besides ourselves.

In order to further ensure the success of this project, we would like to invite you and your company to become one of
