Pacita Abad - A disciplined and prolific painter, Abad created over 5,000 artworks.

She painted a
55-meter long Alkaff Bridge in Singapore and covered it with 2,350 multicoloured circles, just a
few months before she passed away

Jose Joya - a Filipino painter best known for his Abstract Expressionist works which utilized
a variety of techniques, including controlled drips, impasto strokes, and transparent
layering.

Jon Pettyjohn - considered one of the pioneers of contemporary Philippine ceramics. He is an


artist who works with the elements of fire and clay.

Benedicto Cabrera – or “BenCab”, as he is more popularly known is widely hailed as a master of


contemporary Philippine art. He is considered the preeminent Filipino painter of his generation.

Tessy Pettyjohn - Tessy Pettyjohn is a renowned pioneer of Philippine pottery, clay art, and
sculpture. Starting her craft in the late 1970s, she has had many shows both here and abroad in
her long career.

Mia Casal – A Studio Potter from Manila. She fell in love with making pottery since the first time
she felt the spinning clay between her hands in 2002.

Hadrian Mendoza – a stoneware potter, likes making indigenous forms, including expressionist
and abstract shapes.
