Employee Access
A. Login
1. Login to: https://hris.aub.com.ph/hris/eportal/index.cfm

2. Input the COMPANY CODE (FGC), the assigned USERNAME (Employee Number) and
the PASSWORD (password1!).

3. For first-time users, the system will prompt the user to change the system-generated
password.

4. Once done inputting the New Password, click SAVE.

5. The window will show the employee’s own dashboard. Using his profile, he can view
his payslip and apply for leaves, etc.

B. Leave Application
1. In the employee’s main navigation, hover the mouse on FILING, and then
choose the type of application by clicking LEAVE APPLICATION.

Leave Application
1. Before filing for a leave application, the employee can also check his leave
credits under the Remaining Leaves heading.

2. Upon clicking LEAVE APPLICATION, the user will be directed to a new


page. Click Add more.

3. In the dropdown list, choose the Type of Leave.

4. Input the Date From, Date To and the Reason of leave. Once done, click
SAVE.

5. Click OK. Once filed, the leave application will now be subjected for the
immediate supervisor’s approval.

Note:

At the beginning of the year, leave credits are still at 0 and the employees will not be able to
file leaves until credited equivalent leave credits.
