Non-tech role - Session 1

A company has approached you to help them create videos in the form of PPT with voice
recording to train their salesmen about the Retail Industry. The company has the content
written in a doc but the same needs to be converted into a video.

Your task is to create a PPT presentation (with a minimum of 8 slides) explaining Retail and its
Evolution in India. Also, the script of the voiceover (the audio that needs to be recorded for each
slide) is to be written in a separate word doc slide-wise.

Note:
You will be evaluated on the following parameters
 Structure of the PPT slides
 Design of the slides (fonts used, alignment of texts, usage of images, colors etc)
 Usage of animations in the slides
 Language/Writing style of the script
 If your task is found to be plagiarized, it will be disqualified.

Duration: 2 hours

To understand how to:
 State the meaning of retail.
 Identify the features and components of retail.
 Identify the stages in the growth of the retail sector.
 Identify the reasons for the growth of retail in India.
 Differentiate between the traditional and modern retail sector.

At the end of the session, the trainees will learn the outline of retail industry in India
