Electronics Engineer - Intern Guidelines

● Project - You may submit the project file in folder format in drive consisting of the
below-listed files:

1. Images of each component used - separately and one image of all together.
2. Image of the hardware circuit before powering up.
3. Image of the hardware while working - showing output. (Both while ON and OFF)
4. Video showing the working of each project and explained verbally.
5. Video showing the code used for the project and explained verbally.
6. Circuit Diagram Image using fritzing or any other software.
7. Code for the project. Submit 2 files - first original .py(Python) or .ino(Arduino) file
and a text file containing the same code but in .txt format.
8. For PCB Designing, share the PDF, PNG, Schematic, and other files necessary.
9. Reel/Shorts - Create a 15-20 secs video in Portrait mode showing the output of
the project.

● Video & Image -

1. While taking pictures or videos, make sure you hold the phone/camera still and
the content in the video should be visible clearly with a clean and simple
background. You should have a mobile or camera device with a good quality
camera and no blurry effect on the content. Also, don’t forget to consider proper
lighting to help improve video quality.
2. For code explanation, you can screen record the video instead of shooting a
video of your system(PC or laptop) using a mobile or camera device.
3. There should not be any background noise in the video or any other sort of
noise.
4. Please use an Open Source Screen recording app like OBS and make sure there is
no watermark of the app or software company. (Follow this article to know - how
to start recording using OBS)

😜
Video Editing - You can use this open-source software available free for all OS -
OpenShot for trimming the unnecessary part from your video(if any ). Video
Editing Online Platform - www.canva.com
5. Please do not add any PPT Slide stating list of components or other necessary
stuff which may increase video time and may make the video boring eventually.
Only add a slide to explain the formula or diagram or anything, if really
necessary.
6. Statements - If your video has a code or needs to refer to some file that we can
upload to an article then you can say that - To get the code(or so & so file), refer
to the link in the description.

● Note - Please try to take quality pictures and videos because you may be asked to
resubmit the project with improved pictures or videos if the quality submitted is really
bad.

● Learning - What have you learned from the project you have worked on?

To tell that you have to say that in the video(in the end) itself but in a different way i.e.
what will the user learn after watching your video?

😊
You can also suggest a list of projects you would want to work, to improve your skills and
resume. Also, any other suggestions of any sort are welcome.
