Pre-final Presentation Requirements and Rules

Week 14: Initial Preparation


TO ALL TEAM LEADERS - Read the Instructions carefully. Make sure that you have or
accomplished the following:

1. Make sure that I already approved your design or project.


2. Answer the following:

C. Type your group name, members, title, team profile link, leave the status blank, project
proposal link.

D. For coding video link. The video must consist the following:

a. Create an on-screen record of your meeting while planning and doing your project.

For Web Development:

• The team leader should explain the proposed project (design, features, etc.), what
you've accomplished for the day, how to navigate your page, and who will create the
meeting.
• The information architect should explain the site map and record the entire meeting
(make sure that the desktop time is visible).
• The content manager should be the one who explains the mockups.
• The copywriter or editor should explain when they start looking for content (where
they get it, etc.).
• The visual graphic designer should explain when they start working with the graphics
(where they get it, what application did you use, etc.).
• The web developer or developers should be the ones who do the screen sharing
since you are the one who will do the coding.

For INPR/OOPR2:

• The team leader should again explain the proposed project and the one who will create
the meeting.
• The technical leader should record the entire meeting (make sure that the desktop
time is visible).
• The full-stack developers should be the ones who do the screen sharing. (Choose one
or alternate.)
• The UX/UI designer should explain the final design, and features, or future changes.

• The qa leads should explain what you've accomplished for the day; also, make sure to
run your program.

Example:

b. You have 2 hours and 30 minutes; The time will start once the technical leader start the
video recording. Use my time to accomplished the following or anytime as long that you do
the following:

• Open CAMERA.
• For the first 2 minutes, the team leader should introduce the team members after
that you can talk about what to do to your project,
• if you already come up what to do ask the full stack developer/web developer to
share their screen and start coding
• after 2 hours stop, save what you’ve accomplished and send the copy of it to the
team leader*no need to finished the whole project/design just make sure that it is
running.
• The team leader should explain again the project and then ask the QA lead to
present what you’ve accomplished while running the program, for the webdev the
team leader should present what you’ve accomplished.

c. Strictly 2 hours and 30 minutes only.


d. Edit your video, leave the first 5 minutes and last 10 minutes or the time the team leader
start talking about the project un edited, the rest add time lapse.

e. You can save your video in your google drive or upload it to your YouTube account
then copy and paste the link here:

f. If the said members are not available or are having a problem with their devices, the team
leader should explain it at the beginning of the video.

3. Failure to meet the following conditions will result in an INCOMPLETE mark and a ban on presenting
on the day of the pre-final presentation.
