Challenge— Prisma Health wanted to further their


mission of providing high-quality care at the right
time, in the right place. A growing patient population
and physician shortage demanded expansion of their
services while maintaining the affordability, quality,
and convenience their patients had come to expect.

Solution—Bright.md SmartExam provided


Prisma Health with the perfect solution. In just
about 60 days, Prisma Health implemented
SmartExam and immediately saw positive
results, including remarkable efficiency.

Unlike on-demand video visits, SmartExam


acts as a “virtual physician’s assistant,” allowing
remote, asynchronous care for more than 400
common primary care conditions. SmartExam
makes it possible for patients to receive a
diagnosis, treatment plan, and any prescriptions
