WHAT IS THE PROJECT?

This project was based on the organization’s Fun Навън Festival. I attended this project
under European Solidarity Corps volunteer support program. The hosting organization
in Bulgaria was The Change is in You. This organization is a non-governmental
organization, active in the field of hosting EVS & ESC short term and long term projects.

WHERE IT TOOK PLACE?

The project took plave in Tryavna , Bulgaria. During the project we stayed in the Art
School dormitory. The accommodation were: 2/3 people per room and the hostel had an
kitchen where we cooked our food.

DURATION?
It was 50 days ESC Short term EVS. From 2nd of July till 21st of August 2019.

SCHEDULE?
There were :- Kids Workshop :- on Monday in which we prepared and deliver different
workshops.
Movie Night on Tuesday in which different short duration Movies are played on
multimedia.
Cultural Nights on Wednesday in which volunteers represent there countries. Thursday
& Friday involves planning regarding street arts.

PREPARATION FOR THE FESTIVAL?

•Brainstorming - how can we contribute to the festival?
• Gathering ideas for games for Children Area
• Creating our own photobooth
• Preparing Cultural Corner
• Picking up trash
• Carrying needed stuff from the office to the festival area
• Painting signs

TRIPS?
Organization has arranged some trips for sightseeing / nearby historic places.
