The main object is to give a flavor of real-time selling before we could set foot for any career in companies. It also guides to develop team spirit, adaptability to any situations or persons and helps to understand customer engagement. First, we were divided into various groups and our team consists of seven members. We were asked to choose any product we wish and to report the product to allotted faculties. Professor Karthikeyan was allotted to us and we discussed our ideas with him. Each member has contributed their ideas like selling earphone covers, buttermilk, bread omelets, dry ginger tea etc. Our team doesn’t wish to buy something and to sell it simply. We wish to do something on our own. So finally we concluded to sell buttermilk and dry ginger tea. The overall preparations for selling the products are made only by our team. We didn’t get any support from the others for preparing our products. All our team members worked enthusiastically and participated actively in selling. We had four days for Market stint i.e., 24.08.2019, 25.08.2019 and 01.09.2019, 02.09.2019 respectively. We decided the venues for selling the previous day itself. We followed strategies like for example people will drink buttermilk along with spicy namkeens. So we gave namkeens along with butter milk. We targeted bus stand for selling to attract more crowd. Also, if we see the expense for buying the ingredients were low. The description about everyday activities and learnings were discussed below.
