SLUDGE PROBLEMS?
fig. 1
Many marine engineers know this problem. Bilge water and oil in the engine room.
FIRE HAZARD!
Fig. 1 shows the typical situation on ships around the world. A mixture of water,
oil and soap in all storage tanks and wells.
OWS has large daily operational problems because the bilge water tank is too dirty.
SLUDGE TANK
Much water in the sludge tank, gives frequent sludge deliveries to
port and large bills. This also gives problems for incinerator burning.
Marine engineers around the world are spending many hours daily, minimizing
all these problems.
Our customers also tried to do that before 2009, but it was hard work.
We have seen analyses mention that 70% to 80% of all sludge delivered onshore in Europe
is water. This is a huge co2 load for transport and cleaning plants onshore.
It is a challange to get the OWS CAN YOU IMAGINE HOW BIG AND EXPENSIVE THIS PROBLEM IS?

We have several models of GreenArc. Different capacities and for different oils.
