The overall objective is to support participants through experiential learning to reflect and adapt project
activities to reach maximum impact of youth exchanges. Furthermore, specific objectives are to:

1. Deepen the understanding of the WB context and RYCO key concepts for a better region, and their relation
with RYCO Youth Exchanges

2. Explore the potential impact of the RYCO Youth Exchanges for participants, organizations, communities and
WB region

3. Reflect on the concept of quality and learn how to integrate key quality aspects in RYCO youth exchanges

4. Encourage networking and peer support within the group, as well as exchange between the participants
and RYCO.
