The committee performed all duties entrusted with them. In particular:
1. The midterm examinations for spring 2019 started on 10.03.2019 and ended on 17.03.2019. 2. The members of the committee regularly monitored that the exams were conducted properly without any issues. 3. They assured that examination regulations were followed properly and assured proper conduct of examinations. 4. Collection of the room reports and filing was done properly. 5. The examination for 67 courses was conducted smoothly with a few malpractice cases reported to the examination committee by the invigilators. 6. All the mal-practice cases were reported immediately to the HoD. 7. All the clashes were handled by the committee under the supervision of Hod. 8. 44 students were absent during the midterm examination. A decentralized make exam was arranged for them on 26th to 28th of March 2019. Overall the examinations were conducted smoothly and without any issue.
