Guyabano wine

 The guyabano wine was made on August 17, 2019. It started at 10:45 in the
morning and ended on 6:30 PM.
Ingredients
2 medium-sized Guyabano

½ teaspoon of yeast

1 liter water

¼ kilo of sugar

Lemon

Procedures
PART I

1. Prepare the materials and ingredients needed


2. Slice and get the flesh of the guyabano.
3. Use a blender to extract some juice on the guyabano flesh.
4. Boil 1 liter of water in a large pot.
5. Bring it to simmer
6. Add the guyabano flesh, sugar and lemon. Stir it all together.
7. Leave for 30 minutes to cool..
8. Strain the mixture using a chesse cloth or a strainer to separate the solid parts from its
juice

PART II

1. Use a sterilized glass bottle container. Dry with a clean sloth


2. Transfer the mixture into the bottle .
3. Put yeast to the container.
4. Seal the container.
