Please accept this letter as formal notice of resignation on immediate basis from my job
as Medical Systems Engineer at Medequips (SMC).

After a period of consideration, I have decided to study further for the preparation of CSS
exam 2020, therefore I have to leave job in such a short period of time. I truly enjoyed my
tenure at Medequips as Medical Systems Engineer in Angiography group.

Under your leadership, I have no doubt Medequips’s fantastic reputation will continue
years into the future. Thank you for the advice and mentoring these past months. It has
been a privilege to work with you.
