Work Experience Of Responcibility:-

 Responsible for Preventive Maintenance of Mechanical Equipment.

 Reactor vessels: Stirrer replacement, Stirrer couple bolt changing, Glen bush replace, Rubber coating, Acid
proof brick line condition maintain in Reactor. Sulfuric acid, Caustic, Cooling & Steam line of Reactor regular
checking & maintain. Reactor jacket leakages attend.
 Pumps: Maintenance activities of Centrifugal and Rotary pumps like Overhauling, Motor replacement, Bearing
& bearing changing, Shaft replacement, Alignment, Gland inserting, Mechanical seal, Oil seal & sleeve
changing, Coupler or Spider changing, belt changing and check current of pump motor after complete the
work.
 Gear Box: Alignment, Dissemble & Assemble work of Worm & Spur Gear box, Horizontal & vertical gear box
drive, Gear box oil seal replacement.
 Valves: Leakage & Jamming attend replacement of Ball valve, Butterfly valve, Gate valve, Globe valve etc.
 Leakages attend of Pneumatic line, Acid line, Caustic line, Water line, Oliam acid line, ODCB, chloroacetic acid,
line.

 Responsible for Breakdown of Mechanical whenever occurs and diagnosis the problem.
 To check the equipment which is under breakdown maintenance as per job card.
 Either change or repair the damaged part of the Equipment,Try to get the new part and replace it within time
limit, Material Requisition Slip to be given for every material to receive from store dept, To prepare Root
cause analysis to avoid same breakdown in future .
 Ensure to share information& documentation to superior, To Maintain Preventive Maintenance checklists.
 Ensure to distribute task as per requirement and priority basis.
 To maintain all the documents and records of maintenance as per ISO.
 To prepare your own daily report and send it to superior.
 To maintain Breakdown History Card on daily basis.
 Ensure to check new equipment details, Prepare checklist and take photo of Name plate.
 To maintain Checklist of Maintenance tool kit on monthly basis.
 Handling of MEE Plant, RO Plant, ETP Plant, Ethanol Recovery ColumnPlant, Stripper Recovery Column Plant
