1. Multi effective evaporator(MEE) plant operations.maintain feed flow rate maintain
vacuum Pressure in vepour column and condenser.maintain steam pressure and
temperature for striper coloum .give Blowdown concentration liquid for land feeling
maintain daily log sheet report.maintain Distill water flow rate.and recycle for plant
operations.
2. Etp plant operations primary secondary and turtory treatment coagulation
flocculation,aeration system maintain mlss mlvss DO temperature CNP ratio f/m ratio
PH cod bod,tds sv30 toc maintain I/L influent quality maintainO/L Effluent parameters
as per Cpcb norms. by multigrade(F), carbon filter, ultrafiltration, reverse osmosis.
3. Breakdowns reporting to ETP In charge.
4. Daily report to shift In charge at the end of shift
5. PH correction of inlet effluent by HCL.

utilisation of resources with factory safety norms, PPE s compliance and inventory
management through physical stock verification.
