JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
 Checking and monitoring in the progress of Scheduled preventive maintenance activities like
taking vibration of all rotary equipment, mechanical seal Checking of pumps etc.
 Prioritizing jobs to be done in General Shift and allowing work to technician in department.
 Planning of plant maintenance & implementation of same reducing downtime. Guiding and
supporting Technician on day-to-day technical Issues.
 Making daily Visit to the monitoring section for observing running performance of apparatus and
other equipment and taking corrective action as well as required.
 Follow up of the work allowed in the general shift to assess progress and facilating and providing
assistance to technicians in completing the work as per Plan.
 Men power planning, shift operation and maintenance.
 Arrange for fulfil statutory requirements like hydro testing and thickness testing of pressure
vessel, load testing of lifting tools and tackles.
 Trouble shooting, investigation and rectifications of problems comes during in plant running
condition.
 Ensure that all the necessary safety instructions precautions are followed while working.
