Dear Sir or Madam,

The Haile Middle School Parent/Teacher Organization (PTO) provides funding, and
volunteer support to our school, which has been affected by the recent county and state
budget cuts. All of the funds we raise are used to support our PTO, school and teachers.
We are currently working on scheduling a catered luncheon for Teacher/Staff
Appreciation for the 2018-2019 school year. Although it is called Teacher Appreciation,
the PTO likes to celebrate the hard work of the entire staff. We are scheduled to celebrate
with the staff from May 6-10.

We are in the process of looking for companies that would like to sponsor a luncheon
day. The average cost to feed approximately 100 staff runs between $350-$500
depending on the menu that we are providing for that day. The PTO members take care
of all the preparations from set up, serving and cleaning up the meal thus allowing us to
feed so many people at such a discounted rate.

If you are interested in sponsoring a full day lunch during the week of Teacher/Staff
Appreciation or if you would just like to contribute a portion of the luncheon please call.
If you chose to donate we would love to be able to Thank You properly by sharing your
generous donation on the website as well as on our Facebook page. We are happy to also
