The company is having a complete basket of World Class Quality Products & Services. Special focus will be on providing world class products in the category of
health care, wellness and nutritional products for body care, beauty care, personal care, home care and lifestyle products. The company is also tied-up with
various branded companies and corporate as quality products offering is the primary objective.

Each product is defined with few parameters like MRP, DP, BV, etc.

Retailing of products is flourishing in the modern trade as of now. The Company aimed to provide a secured working environment to the people of this country
to create their own self employment by way of independent distributors and sell products / services to consumer network
 

The company's distributors may refer new Customers through Customer Registration process. However, these customers will not exist in the opportunity system
(genealogy / distributor) network.

The customers will buy products of their choice at the MRP Price; respective BVs will be accounted as self BVs of their introducing distributor.

The consumer is not entitled for any commissions or monetary benefits from the company, but they will have all rights as a consumer and privileges being a
registered consumer.

The Distributors are also entitled to have other income opportunities as stated below:

Business Volume (GBV.) based income on WEEKLY CLOSING
All the sales from both the sides will be accumulated and lower side (Profit team) will be matched with higher side (Power team) and 12% on matched BVs
is paid as Sales Matching Bonus and Maximum of 17.50 Lac GBVs as capping, (i.e. Rs. 2,10,000 capping per week means 12% of 17.50 lac matching GBV).
Carry forward is entertained for every Distributor up to certain slabs based on his/her rank achieved; details are as follows: if the distributor does his
minimum purchase and continue to do so he earn income without sponsoring a single distributor in any side, this is the only plan in the world which gives
this feature.

*All the Incomes are subject to the fulfillment of the plan eligibility, which defined by the company from time to time.

1.For Getting Rank Income Distributor has to generate 10% of the GBV which generated by him last month. Example – U is an Emerald with 4 Leg, the
generated Legwise LBV are given below :-

which generated by him from 2nd Highest Leg last month

2.Once the Rank achieved by the Distributor the Distributor will get the Rank Income without condition as mentioned in point 1 for three month. Suppose A has
achieved Star Silver during month 14, than the Rank Income will start from month 15. He will get the Rank Income for month 15,16 and 17 without condition
which mentioned in point 1. For getting the Rank Income in month 18, he has to generate 10% GBV of highest 2nd Leg of month 17 from his 3rd and 4th Leg.

5. OVERRIDING BONUS (Monthly Payout)

An Overriding Bonus worth 10% of Rank Bonus will be paid for 2 levels of same rank 
(Star Silver to Crown Ambassador Executive of Same Rank will be applicable)

6. PERFORMANCE BONUS (Monthly Payout)

1.5% of Global BV turnover of the company will be shared for Performance Bonus and we create a pool for individual Rank Distributor with 35% of 1.5 % of
global amount and Team Coordinator, Silver and Star Silver with 15% of 1.5 % of global amount, District Team Coordinator, Pearl and Star Pearl with 15% of 1.5
% of global amount and State Team Coordinator and Regional Team Coordinator with 35% of 1.5 % of global amount,and than amount will be distributed
according to Rank wise pull equally among all the Eligible achievers.

7. STAR PERFORMANCE BONUS (Monthly Payout)

0.5% of Global BV turnover of the company will be shared for STAR Performance Bonus and we create a pool for individual Rank Emerald with 40% of 0.5 % of
global amount and GOLD with 30% of 0.5 % of global amount, and Platinum with 30% of 0.5 % of global amount and then amount will be distributed according
to Rank wise pull equally among all the Eligible achievers.

*Any one who achieves the Reward of next Rank after fulfilling the target in a Stipulated period will Get the Reward. Star Silver can attempt for Star Pearl One
Time Reward Bonus for which they have to complete the Fresh GBV of 5 Lac in each 3 Leg within 5 week. ( 15- 10 =5 )

Terms & Condition

*GBV has to be generated through Repurchase of the team, and Self PBV will not be counted for qualification. Applicable to those whose DOJ is on or before
01/01/2016.
*If any NEW Rank is achieved then the qualification for the same has to be fulfilled of that new Rank. Only after which the repurchase will be credited to his ID.
*Repurchase - Upto Rs. 5000 purchase will be treated under 1st purchase in single Invoice where as in multiple Invoice it will be counted after 1st Sales. The
Next Order after first invoice will be counted under Repurchase
*Required Minimum monthly PBV conditions has to be fulfilled every month for income.
*Any person achieving a target if promoted to next Rank, then Gift coupon will be divided according to average number of months of consecutive targets
achieved in different ranks. If new Rank achieved then the Target of new rank has to be fulfilled.
*Reward bonus achievement will be eligible only if 10 consecutive months of target has been achieved.
*The Gift Voucher is not transferrable and applicable only for all Star/Pink Coupon Products of India Shoppe.
*If a person is in a particular rank he can get repurchase bonus only for a maximum of next 10 months for that rank. Eligibility for repurchase bonus is first ten
months only , from 11th month onwards he will not be eligible for repurchase bonus in this rank. To be eligible for bonus after completion this 10 months he

must change his rank. Suppose A is Team Coordinator during month 27, he can be eligible for Repurchase Bonus for next 10 months only. To be eligible for next
repurchase bonus he has to achieve NEXT Rank.  

 
10. ROYALTY INCOME (Monthly Payout)
Title Royalty
Diamond and Royal Diamond Achieve Diamond or Royal Diamond for Royalty of 0.50% of Global BV Turnover.
Crown Diamond and Crown Ambassador Achieve Crown Diamond or Crown Ambassador for Royalty of 0.50% of Global BV Turnover.

Eligibility Terms :
* The performance bonus will be paid on the global turnover after eligibility.
* Once eligible, the royalty will be paid for 12 months, subject to active clause. To continue getting the royalty, eligibility criteria should be achieved once again
in the prior 12 months.
