ANNOTATIONS

My objective for today’s lesson is to identify the elements of the poem.

To easily understand the elements of the poem, I gave the meaning of those
elements and let the students identify those instead of flashing it only in a powerpoint
presentation.
Another is in analyzing the poem, first, I asked the students of the information
they knew about the author, then unlock the difficulties that they can encounter in the
poem and write it on the board so other students can follow. For the students to
interpret it better, I read the poem first then as a group then individually reading.
Lastly, is the interpretation of the poem, I let the students share their own
experiences related to it for better understanding.

ANNOTATIONS

My objective for today’s lesson is to determine the relevance and the

truthfulnessof the ideas presented in the material viewed.
I started the lesson through the daily routinary activities, I used simple recall
on the previous discussion and sharing of the student’s significant issues on their
lives. Pictures were posted on the board for the students to analyze, then questions
about the pictures were answered by the students. Using a powerpoint presentation I
asked the students to accomplish a table with the forms of discrimination that exists
in today’s society and their corresponding solutions. To evaluate their learning, an
activity in form of a crossword puzzle was used. After the checking of the students’
responses, I computed for the class’ proficiency level.
