Respected Sir,
With due respect it is submitted that.
(1) I was on leave from 26-01-2007 to 25-01-2008 for 365 days on half pay. Copy is
attached.
(2) Before finishing my leave I applied for retirement (being served the department
for more than 26 years).After my application some person from health
department called me and asked me when I want to retire, I answered ‘’ when
my leave finishes’ ‘but there was no response afterwards.
(3) I received an order (copy attached)ordering my post of DHQ Hospital Rawalpindi
as chief consultant surgeon BS-20.But there was no vacant post of BS-20 when I
reported there at DHQ Rawalpindi(copy of letter attached)
(4) After that I reported back to secretariat, informing them that no post of chief
consultant surgeon BS-20 is available at DHQ RWP. Again requesting for my
retirement or some posting nearby Gujrat District, But there was no
communication from the department regarding this issue after that.
(5) Then I received a letter of my retirement notification dated 14-06-2016(as my
age of superannuation is 15-04-2014 date of birth is 16-04-1954).
(6) After that, I applied for further proceedings of my retirement which has not yet
been done.
Therefore it is requested that I maybe retire from 15-04-2014 and period
between my leave and retirement orders, may kindly be adjusted, so that I may
get my pending dues of my service.
