KASH towards Work Immersion of ABM 12 Students in

General Flaviano Yengko Senior High School

A. Background of the study

The word “immersion” is done outside the school campus were in student
are obliged undergo. The grade 12 students will undergo the said immersion
to expose them to the actual work place.

Work immersion is a practice of the students to improve their knowledge,


attitude, skills and also their habits. But the problem is what if we put those
four abilities inside the work place? What kind of ability will become more
dominant?

Is it the knowledge that can expose student in an actual awareness and


understanding? Within this knowledge learners can nurture their mind-set to
achieve their goals. Is it the attitude that can be change and can be enhance
after they done work immersion. Or the skills that may have been supplement
and lastly the habits that maybe change because of the experienced gain in
the work place.

B. Statement of the problem

This research topic KASH or knowledge, attitude, skills and habits


towards work immersion is all about which of this four abilities is the most
dominant to the students who have done work immersion.

1. How does the student expand their knowledge after they experience work
immersion?
2. What kind of attitude did they enhance to their selves after they done work
immersion?
3. How does work immersion affect to their skills and habits?
C. Significance of the study

The importance of this study is to create more information and for the
researcher to make a conclusion that he/she can let other people to be better
spread the knowledge to the people about this study. This study will help them
to know what ability of student will improve better. This study may help the
teachers of General Flaviano Yengko Senior High School to find out the style
of the student after work immersion. It also helps them so that they won’t have
any struggle to teach when it comes to academics.
