Good morning everyone!

We are gathered in this symbolic municipal activity to celebrate women's

various roles in nation building alongside with giving emphasis to gender and development.
We are all here to make change work for women as part of the 2019 national women's month
celebration. To formally start this program, may I request everyone to please stand for our prayer to be
led by dr. Marialos c. Quitay, school head of kakha high school followed by the singing of our philippine
national anthem and municipal hymn.

You may now be seated. At this juncture, let's be welcomed by an opening remarks to be given by one
of the awe-inspiring women in sta. Catalina district 2, Dr. Rodita T. Plaza principal 2 of ambrocio m.
Ramirez central elementary school, let's give her a thunderous applause.

Welcome Remarks

Thank you Ma'am for your words of welcome. Before we proceed to the very heart of this event, let us
listen to the pride of Nagbalaye High School as they perform their own rendition of the song Listen by
beyonce, please help me welcome the NHS Trio.

Intermission number

That was a powerful performance. Thank you Lyra, Lyn Carol and Kathryn Kate. One of the reasons
women are empowered today is because of the people who believe that like men, they have an
important place in our society. One of these people is the father of our municipality. Everyone, please
help me welcome our municipal mayor hon. Nelson c. Lopez for his message, a round of applause

Thank you so much Mayor Lopez for that motivation. At this juncture, let us invite on stage hon. Jonny c.
Abrasaldo our municipal vice mayor for another words of inspiration. Let's give him a thunderous

Thank you so much vice mayor abrasaldo for your message.Today is a celebration of women's progress
and our speaker this morning is an epitome of how a woman can be both successful in being a mother
as well as in her chosen career. At this juncture ladies and gentlemen, may I call in Dr. Gerardo T.
Paltingca Jr., school head of nagbalaye high school for the introduction of our guest speaker. A round of

the stage in their costumes and confidence? Okay with that, may I call in Mr. Johnrey F. Legara, school
head of bago bago elementary school for the introduction of the board of judges and reading of
guidelines and criteria for today's competition. Let's give him a thunderous applause.

Alright, seems everything's all set. So everyone, sit back and relax and please help me welcome our 5
