PRODUCT BARIUM PLASTER

BARIUM SULPHATE
Occurs naturally as mineral barite, barytes. Barium sulfate is radio-opaque and
is used as barium meal in medical X ray diagnosis. The raw material for
manufacture of lithopone, a white pigment; In the manufacture of photographic
paper, wallpaper and glassmaking. In battery plate expanders; in heavy concrete for
radiation shield.
To comply with Radiation Protection rules and regulation introduce by KKM
under Act 304. Plastering of the barium plaster is 20~25mm thk equivalent
to 2.0 Pb where the guideline has been carried out by MOH (Ministry of
Health) specification , however if it required more than 2mm Lead
equivalent it must be refer to appoint Class H personal consultant.
Measurement to obtain the right ratio to the radiation protection
specification must be apply for barium plastering i.e Barium sulphate,
cement & sand.

LEAD DOOR
Lead Lined Doors are constructed using a single layer of sheet lead inside of
the door. Wood cores (balau or resak type) are laminated under hydraulic
pressure on each side of the lead.
Lead Lined Doors specifications with leaded glass windows and options as
listed. We also supply steel braced, lead lined, door closer, hinges, push &
kick plate, lockset, door frames.
Our lead door meet the safety radiation rules and regulation to prevent
the harmful x-ray energy penetrate through the door at accepted dose.
However our lead door will be tested during the Radiation Leakage Test to
Ensure they meet the radiation safety standards under Act 304.

Lead Glass is suitable for installation in screens, walls and doors. Our
leaded glass allows for viewing of the imaging or radiation therapy
procedures.
Leaded Glass is available in the following equivalencies: 1.0mm, 2.0mm,
These lead equivalencies are based on 150kVp.
Approximately 9.0~10.0mm thick leaded glass for 2mm lead equivalent.
The size can varies depended on the end user requirement and purposes.
From 150mm x 300mm to 1000mm x 1200mm in size.
More than 1200mm x 1000mm will be customized and the thickness of
the glass might more than 10mm.
Our lead glass meet the safety radiation rules and regulation to prevent

function of the see through of the normal glass. However our lead glass

Radiation warning light are important to alert your staff and visitors. Unprotected
exposure can lead to serious health issues, but posting radiation warning light in areas
were x-rays and radioactive material can help to remind workers that protective
procedures should be taken for their safety.

We recommended using LED lighting radiation warning sign to warns visitors and
staff not to enter a room when the x-ray light is on and the radiation equipment is in
use. To comply with Radiation Protection rules and regulation introduce by KKM
