The SSG as the Highest Student Organization is calling for General Assembly as mandated by the Deped Order No. 47
s. 2014 and Deped Order No. 11, s. 2016. And as required by the aforementioned Deped Memorandum, the SSG
organization is seeking your approval to excuse all Classroom President and SSG Officers for a Plenary Session at exactly
2:00 today at School Computer Laboratory with the following agenda:
1. Review on Planned Activities for Second Quarter
2. Review and Amend Disciplinary Action Procedure
3. Preparation for Teachers’ Day
4. Planning on the Implementation of Literacy and Numeracy Tutorial Activity
The organization also wishes your presence during the assembly to tackle sensitive issues on Disciplinary Actions.
