EVENT NAME

RMIT Vietnam Bowling Friendly Matches

1.0 DESCRIPTION

Date April 27th, 2014. Time: 10:00AM- 2:00PM

Expected Attendance: 30 players Location: Superbowl Vietnam.

Key message of the event: RMIT Vietnam Bowling Friendly Matches is an opportunity for
students in different universities to connect and communicate with each other. Beside,
improving skills and relaxing after hard-study time as well.

3.0 PURPOSE

- To offer the valuable time for participants in order to increase the bowling skills and express
themselves in competing with other.

- To provide chances for competitors increase the teamwork skills and relax after the hard-
study time.

- To make friends with competitors in other universities and then creating a strong connection
between each other.

4.0 DESCRIPTION OF THE EVENT

1. Requirements:

3 players / team Each female player will have 15 scores

Team Member
Male or Female of handicap

Registration Fee includes bowling rentals, prize and

100,000 VND / player
Fee cup.

2. Competition format:

ROUND DESCRIPTION

 Each player play 1 games

1 Qualifying Round  5 teams with the highest score go to the

Final Cup cup, the 5 remain teams go to the
Consolidation cup.

 The teams with the highest score (from the

qualifying round, 1st and 2nd team) will
skip straight to the final round. Then
2 Step – ladder Round choose the highest score from the round of
3rd, 4th, 5th

 B consolidation the remaining teams will

compete to pick 1 with the highest score

 1st & 2nd team of qualifying round vs

3 Final Round
Winner of step-ladder round.

3. REWARDS:

1st Prize Large cups + Certificates

2nd Prize Small cups + Certificates

3rd Prize Small cups + Certificates

10:15 - 11:15 Qualifying round

11:15 - 13:00 Step-ladder round

13:00 - 13:45 Final Round

13:45 - 14:00 Thank you players, prize and souvenir
