1st Prize: Rs. 21000/-

Consolidated Prize: Rs. 2000/- will be given to the topper among the
students from any college in our competition, if the number of groups
participating from that college are more than 10 and if none from the first
4 prizes is bagged by them.
STUDENTS CAN SELECT ANY ONE OF THE FOLLOWING TOPICS
1) Artificial intelligence
2) Role of technology in the disaster/pandemic management
RULES
1) It’s a group event, minimum 3 students should be there in one group.
2) Registration charges: Rs 300 per student. Participants must preserve the
screenshot of receipt of fee paid.
3) If there are 3 students in a group, one of them should collect the fee of Rs
300 from all and pay Rs 900 to us. Likewise, do it for more numbers. Only
one of all the students should fill the registration form. Everyone should not
register individually.
4) Students of all years of PhD, PG, Degree and Diploma in any stream will
be considered in one Rank. In case of tie, the prize money will be divided
equally amongst the winners.
5) All the data should be presented in English on single slide. There is no
regulation for font style, font size, line spacing and slide size.
6) Students can decide any title for their presentation related to topic
mentioned above. Name of the participants should be mentioned below the
topic. Name of college and guide name should not be mentioned anywhere.
7) Competition will be conducted in 2 rounds.
Preliminary Round- Preliminary screening of the registered teams by
screening the videos and PDF of ppt they submitted.
Final Round- Ten qualifying teams from the preliminary round will give
presentation to the Judges on Google meet/zoom platform.
8) Duration of video and final presentation should not be more than 5mins.
9) Submitted video & PDF size should not be more than 10 MB. Participants
should rename their file as per their name.
10) The decision of the judges will be final.
11) Evaluation criteria will be as follows
• Content and quality (Creativity, self-explanatory and attractiveness) of PPT.
• Way of presentation (clarity of thoughts/ explanation/conclusion of topic)
• ability to respond the queries.
• Time management
