" Action of Young Generation "
 BACKGROUND
Screen International Research and Entrepreneurship
Competition (SIREC) is a scientific writing competition
organized by the Social Community of Research and
Empowerment (SCREEN) Yogyakarta State University. This
scientific writing competition is part of LENSA whose target is
students and college students in the international arena. It is
hoped that with this SIREC it can foster the creativity of
students and students in making innovative written works and
products that are beneficial to international interests. In
addition, it is hoped that students and students can participate
in the current era of globalization. In accordance with this
year's SIREC theme, namely the Action of Young Generation
Contribution to Globalization Era.
In the final stage of SIREC, the top 20 best papers will be
selected which will be presented offline. The presentation will
be held in the Islamic Development Bank room on 4th floor,
Yogyakarta State University. Participants will be invited to
explain about the writing that has been made. Then, the jury
chose the top three who received the highest score and the
best presenter based on the accumulated value of scientific
work and presentation of the work. Later the participants with
the best scores will be announced at a national seminar at
Yogyakarta State University which will be held offline at the
Islamic Development Bank room on the 4th floor on a
predetermined date, as well as the awarding of the prize
winners. The appreciation for this scientific writing
competition is in the form of a cash prize of millions of rupiah
and an award certificate

 ~ OBJECTIVE ~
This activity aims to:
Creating dynamic competition in the scope of scientific innovation and
entrepreneurship.
Growing the spirit of science preneur among students and students in Indonesia.
Creating a forum for innovation and creativity in the world of science and
entrepreneurship.

~ THEME ~
The theme "Action of Young Generation" in a philosophical context can lead to
the thoughts and actions taken by the younger generation in living their lives. Some
philosophical ideas that can be related to this theme are:
Existentialism: Existentialism emphasizes individual freedom and personal
responsibility. Young people can consider how their actions shape their own identities
and give meaning to their lives.
Ethics: Young people can explore various ethical theories and consider the moral
principles they should follow in their actions.
Phenomenology: Young people can use a phenomenological approach to examine and
understand their own and other people's life experiences. They can explore what
motivates their actions, how their perceptions shape their world, and how their
relationships with other people influence their view of the world.
Educational philosophy: Young people can consider the role of education in shaping
their thinking and actions. They can seek knowledge and question existing education
systems, looking for ways to encourage critical thinking, creativity and better
leadership.
The theme "Young Generation Action" in a philosophical context can be a stage for young
people to consider the values, ethics, politics and education that shape them as
individuals and society. This is an opportunity to reflect on their actions and develop a
deeper philosophical understanding of how they want to contribute in this changing
world.

 ~ RULES OF PARTICIPANT ~
1. Active students starting from Diploma or Bachelor’s Course/ student secondary school.
2. A maximum of 3 students from the same institution in a team. Each team will consist of 2
members and a leader.
3. The team needs to be accompanied by a lecturer as a supervisor
4. The registration form must be filled and submitted by the team leader or a delegation
5. Each team is allowed to send 2 works in different categories and subthemes.

4. Conclusions and suggestions.
Paper is made a maximum of 10 pages outside of the bibliography/references used to
support the research.
Paper made in English.

Stages 2 (Final)
Online Finalist
1. Each team create a video presentation with a maximum duration of 10 minutes
2. Presentation Using English, Presentation materials (Power Point) are made using good
and correct English.
3. When making presentations, participants are expected to bring their products
4. The presentation video is uploaded on the YouTube platform
5. Each team is required to make a scientific poster about their research project
Offline Finalist
6. Each team must bring poster, decorate the booth/ table provided by the committee.
7. Presentation Using English, Presentation materials (Power Point) are made using good
and correct English.
8. Each team will get 15 minutes which is divided into: 8 minutes of presentation and 7
minutes of Q&A session with the judges. When making presentations, participants are
expected to bring their products
