I. PLANNING STAGE

Tasks Carried Out Details

Meeting to choose event Leader arranged first meeting and discussed

with members in which department to choose.

Discuss the detail of event Discussed the game details with the Head of
Fun and Joy Department, Lisa.

Assign booth and booth members Leader explained the game details and
assigned members in the respective booths.

Assign Position Assigned a representative for every booth to

handle

II. IMPLEMENTATION

Tasks Carried Out Details

Preparation before the event occur Few days before the event all members
assigned to prepare materials required for the
game in charge.

Assign price per game to be charge for each Group representative are assigned to
game
determine the price for the game in charge.

Preparation on the day of the event On the day of the event, all the group
members arrived earlier to set up the game in
charge of.
 Booth decoration and members responsibility Members are required to prepare materials for
booth decoration and decorated the booth
before the event started. And each member are
given a duty in the booth.

Start game Members are required to promote their game

in charge of and explain about the game to the
players

In - game One of the member assigned to record the

timing and the other is assigned to record the
points.

End game Another the member is responsibility in

recording the player's total point in the point
card given to the players.

III. POST MORTEM

Tasks Carried Out Details

Profit Earned Calculated the total net profit from every

booth which was RM 1,108.00 at the end of
the event.

Document the event All the details as in before, during and after
the event including the proposed and actual
budgets and timelines, were recorded.
All the materials involving photos, posters
and more are also attached into the
documentation for record purpose.

Clean the place All chairs from every booth were arranged
properly and the tables were also cleared.
