I. PLANNING STAGE
Discuss the detail of event Discussed the game details with the Head of
Fun and Joy Department, Lisa.
Assign booth and booth members Leader explained the game details and
assigned members in the respective booths.
II. IMPLEMENTATION
Preparation before the event occur Few days before the event all members
assigned to prepare materials required for the

Preparation on the day of the event On the day of the event, all the group
members arrived earlier to set up the game in

Booth decoration and members responsibility Members are required to prepare materials for
booth decoration and decorated the booth
before the event started. And each member are
given a duty in the booth.
Document the event All the details as in before, during and after
the event including the proposed and actual
budgets and timelines, were recorded.
All the materials involving photos, posters
and more are also attached into the
documentation for record purpose.
Clean the place All chairs from every booth were arranged
properly and the tables were also cleared.
