 Reflection
The movie that we’ve watched is about an alien who comes to the earth
naked and can learn the language by simply making contact with other person’s hand
who’s originally from Earth. The conflict or the story started when there is a random
guy who stoles his remote that can access the spaceship to prepare its landing. After
that there was a girl who’s name is Jaggu and a guy who’s name is Sarfaraz, they fell
in love with each other but Jaggu’s father objects their relationship because Sarfaraz
is a Pakistan and Muslim while Jaggu is a Hindu. Jaggu’s father Consults the leader
of their church godman Maharaj if he can predict what will going to happen if they
pursue their relationship, and godman Maharaj predicted that Sarfaraz will deceive
Jaggu in the future, so Jaggu decided to get married with Sarfaraz but in the day of
the wedding Jaggu is heartbroken because a kid gave her a letter says off the
marriage causes to their cultural differences. At this moment I realized that the earth
is so big to cater all the creatures living on it, from biggest up to the smallest species
here on Earth. I also realized that there are millions or billions of people living on
earth and we all have different beliefs, sometimes we tend to argue with some others
beliefs because their belief is contradicting our beliefs specially in our religions. There
are a lot of lessons in this movie that the audience can adopt in their daily lives. For
me the exciting part of the movie is when they revealed all the answers to the conflict
just like Jaggu and Sarfaraz story, the letter is not totally intended for Jaggu but it
was intended for the woman in front of her who asked her to hold the basket with the
cat inside of it just for a minute and the kid instructed to give the letter to the woman
who’s holding the cat and the kid gave the letter to Jaggu because she’s the one who’s
holding the cat, After reading the letter Jaggu leave the church and head to her main
land where her family is living, but she doesn’t wait for Sarfaraz explanation if the
letter was true that he want to leave Jaggu. When the later part of the movie was
come they revealed that the letter was not meant for Jaggu and they let Jaggu and
Sarfaraz talk through telephone and explained each other’s side, and they both
understand each other side and forgive each other and they also help Pk to get back
his remote so that he can go back to his planet. The movie is full of life lessons that
we can adopt to have a positive perspective in life and also it contains information
about different religion, different philosophy and different human raise in the World.
