Professional Summary
 Participate in the client process training and successfully complete the assessment reports.
 Develop new Standard Reports in SAS based on design specifications or modify the existing reports
as per the new requirements.
 Perform self-testing on the developed reports.
 Provide end user support in terms re-designing the reports and write SAS codes and Macros to
enable better usability of reports.
 Provide end user support in terms of help desk for issues/problems, including serving as a Tier 3
support contact for client helpdesk relating to J-Review SAS reports.
 Participation in User Acceptance Testing when there is a revision to tools/applications.
 Provide end user support by answering to their queries and suggest modifications.
 Perform performance testing to determine the effectiveness of the report running on the network and
applications.
 Responsible for communicating the completion status of the reports to the clients on an ongoing
basis. Complete the final documentation of the created reports
 Mentor new hires, if required
 Process Adhoc request as and when required.
 To review the Statistical Analysis Plan (SAP), TFL Mock Shells, Dataset specifications, the
annotated CRF to generate an annotated TFL shell to aid programming.
 Develop SAS programs for generating Tables, Graphs and Listings as specified in the TFL shell.
 Develop SAS programs for validation of the Tables, Listings.
 Perform Quality Control checks for TLs (standard, non-standard and efficacy).
 Maintain documentation regarding project progress, validation and programming updates and all
other documentation as required on a regular basis.
 Adhere to all client specific SOPs as applicable.
 Work together with the leads and the study level programmers to ensure smooth running of the study.
 Interface between the study team and the client SPOC.
 Perform any other related activities assigned by the supervisor and participate in task
forces/initiatives.
 Enhance technical skills relevant to statistics and programming.
 Ensure deliverables or outputs meet quality standards and project requirements.
 Assist transfer of deliverables to clients.
 Comply with all applicable regulatory requirements, company standards, and procedures.
