UX is basically what determines success for a user, that's the job of the UX designer.

They want to
figure out how does a user get from A to B in your software or your app and feel successful if you
accomplish whatever goal they were trying to accomplish. The UX designer spend a lot of time
building flowcharts and wireframes and they'll conduct a lot of user research and a lot of user
testing.

UI designers are the people who bring the user experience to life and the way they do this is they'll
take flowcharts and mock-ups from the UX designers and they'll convert those into the beautiful
interfaces that we get to use everyday and then from there they get handed off to the coder.
