UX Researcher

UX Writer

He is the UX professional dedicated to creating a brand image through texts. In turn, the UX
Writer seeks to generate strong connections with customers through that resource. The
objective of this profile is to facilitate the way for users through short texts (for example, in a
call to action or call to action) as well as with longer documents. What are the main tasks of
a UX Writer? Write, edit and adapt texts to achieve a solid brand image and generate links
with users. You can work with both long and short texts. They are in charge of generating
style guides, useful for defining the communication tone of a company, organization, brand,
etc. They seek discursive coherence throughout the project, as well as in the various
channels that are used. Make briefs, a short document that works as a guide in marketing
campaigns.

UX Designer

People who fill this role are also known as interaction designers or product designers. They
are concerned with thinking like users, and also with involving real people in the design and
development process. A UX Designer participates in the different phases of the design
process, with an active role in each instance. Their skills are put into play to generate
empathy, define strategies, devise, prototype and carry out evaluations. What are the main
tasks of a UX Designer? Favor the conversion of "users" into "people", getting a better
knowledge of them. Generate customer journey maps, which detail the path of users in a
product or service.
UI Designer

UI Designers, who specialize in interfaces and design the digital experience, also participate
in these teams. Its purpose is to generate environments (on screen) that are attractive and
easy to use. These professionals also need a deep understanding of the brand, to
incorporate the visual identity and values ​into the designs.

What are the main tasks of a UI Designer? Optimize the style (visual) of digital products,
especially websites and applications. Achieve attractive results and improve the user
experience, through good design practices. Integrate elements such as colors, graphics,
buttons, menus, fonts, images, etc. Incorporate efficient calls to action. Design systems that
connect companies with consumers, and then implement them. Create efficient interactions
in browsing and online shopping. Make sure that the experience is pleasant and generate
the desire to repeat it. Communicate the values ​of a brand.

UX Manager and UX Strategist

The difference between UX Manager and UX Strategist is subtle. The first is in charge of
giving structure to the team, while the second is the professional who diagrams the strategy
in pursuit of a solid base in the general user experience.
These profiles can be performed by the same person, especially in smaller teams. However,
it is a good practice that they are exercised separately, as this leads to more strategic visions
and enriching internal debates.
