Introduction and Objectives of the In current Competitive Environment everyone who are hunting for job actually are
study not aware of how to prepare their resume and hunt for right jobs for which their
pro le is suitable. Through this job portal job seeker get an automated solution
where he or she can get registered and post their resumes so that they can come
across right opportunity and even can take advice from experts to make polished and
professional resume, these experts can even help candidate market their strengths,
potentials and accomplishments better. OBJECTIVES This is a web-based Job Portal
intended to provide automated solution to Job Seekers as well as Employers on the
basis of various categories of Jobs , Job Requirement in di erent Cities of India and
even abroad.

Problem Statement (including
Literature Review)
India Today , one of the leading magazines in the past had a manual based
subscription system. This had several drawbacks ,the major ones being listed below:
1) All the details of the subscriber were being entered on paper manually which was
an extremely cumbersome as well as time consuming process. 2) Further it was
ine cient as stacks of storage were required to maintain these records. 3) There was
growing negative customer feedback since the record retrieval information was slow
and the records occasionally tended to get lost which further led to inconvinience to
the customers. Keeping all these drawbacks in mind, there was a need felt for having
an automated Subscription Management System in place which could address all the
above issues and provide viable solutions.
