In this connection, please rest assured that we shall not in any manner offer or give any gift,
present, share, amount, rebate, percentage or favor to any of your employees or officers in
connection with our contractual undertaking with your company. Rest assured that this firm
shall be the first to report to your office personally if any or said solicitation occurs from any
of your personnel with having to do with this project.

With this principle, we understood that you shall have the full right to cancel our contract
should we fail to remain faithful to this undertaking and be forever barred from doing any
business with your group of companies. Furthermore, there shall be forfeited an amount
equal to that offered or given to the employee/officer, deductible from whatsoever remaining
balance that may due to us under our Contract.
