Highest International Police Commission (H-IPC) was organized by our former president Ferdinand E.
Marcos during the 7th summit Conference on October 24-25, 1966 at the Royal Palace of Malacañang
and was strengthen by the Republic Act 5445 on the following year 1967.During Volcanic Summit
Conference it was ratified through Republic Act 5446.

June 15, 2017 (H-IPC) International Police Commission of Alpha Omega World Development Marshall
Program Inc. was officially registered at Securities Exchange Commission (SEC) with the SEC registration
number CN-201719560 and B.I.R with the TIN number 009-704-277-000. Finally on July 2019 (H-IPC)
International Police Commission was issued Certificate of License to operate by DSWD with the License
number DSWD-FO-VI-L0008-2019.Under the Supervision of General Jinny N. Pico.

Our (H-IPC) International Police Commission Officer are humbly request from your good office to
provide the list of priority different project in your Barangay, Municipalities, or Cities with the
corresponding estimate budget. We are willing to take responsibility to help and mobilized as people
many as we can for this endeavor for the Province of Cavite.

Disaster-Rescue –Relief- Psychosocial Intervention- Livelihood and Development- Rehabilitation

Reconstruction and Support the new Proposed Project.
