    Nurse : good morning , how do you feel today ?

    Px : morning nurse, I feel a little bit dizzy

    Nurse : oh I see.. but do you still remember me right ? we met yesterday

    Px : of course , nurse angel right ?

    Nurse : no miss , that’s not me . let me introduce myself again , okay ? my name nurse Nova
    that have a morning shift today , and you are miss Tamara right ?

    Px : yes , nurse Nova . I’m sorry I’m forget

    Nurse : it’s okay miss . may I see your patient bracelet ?

    Px : of course .

    Nurse : okay . so I get information that last night you can’t sleep because you feel so dizzy .
    so I will check your blood pressure again , okay ?

    Px : oke

    Nurse do the procedure to check the blood pressure

    Px : how about my blood pressure , nurse ?

    Nurse : 170 / 110 mmHg

    Px : what that mean , nurse ? it is okay ?

    Nurse : it kind of high miss. Yesterday what kind of food that you eat miss ?

    Px :yesterday my neighbor came and bring some coffee , so I drink it up . and some fried
    food , it taste so good and salty . I like it so much

    Nurse : that is food and drink that you must avoid miss. You know that you already have a
    hypertension so if you still eat and drink that food your blood pressure will increased miss

    Px : oh I see . so how about gule nurse ? actually my family brought me that because the
    hospital food is not good at all

    Nurse : you must not eat that food miss, that food have so much fat and not good for your
    blood pressure miss. So after this you can talk to your family to not bring that kind of food
    like gule, kare or something like that

    Px : so what i can eat ?


    Nurse : you can take a healthy food miss , maybe vegetables, many fruits, less of salt ,
    example : soup , fruit salad , or vegetables salad. And please reduce the coffee okay miss..

    Px : alright nurse. I will do that . thank you so much nurse.

    Nurse : my pleasure miss. Okey , I will go to check another patient , if you need my help you
    can call me in the nurse station or press the buttom side of your bed miss. Thank you . hope
    you get weel soon miss.
