4. checking vital sign

Nurse: good mother, here I will do a vital sign check such as a blood pressure check:
(procedure of action) Sit in a relaxed position with arms resting on the table Tighten the
cuff on the biceps and press the balloon to increase the pressure Monitor aneroid monitor
and increase pressure to about 30 mm Hg of normal blood pressure, or up to 180 mm Hg
if this is not known. When the cuff is inflated, place the stethoscope just inside the crease
of the elbow under the cuff. Slowly, deflate the balloon and listen through the stethoscope.
When the first knock is heard, the numbers on the monitor are aneroid. This is systolic
pressure.)

nurse: high mother's blood pressure is 140/110 Mmhg

patient: so, what should i do to normalize my blood pressure ns

5. Discharge instruction
