Dear Sir,

We (AW CODE : 27825 & AW NAME DHINGRA SALES CORP.

here by certify, with respect to goods purchased from BIL & BDPL,

1. That all damaged stock as per LCA/UCA dated 21-09-2019 have been
destroyed by us and the wrappers have been properly disposed off, in
the presence of auditor / TSI.

2. That we are not having any more damage stock lying in our godown / at
RPD points as on date mentioned above pending for damage claims to
be raised.

3. That after this LCA/UCA audit, we do not have any pending damaged
stock claims to be picked up from the market and all have been cleared
and properly entered in UDAAN.
