According to his service record, he has only 05 years regular service at his credit.
According to Pension Rules Section-III for Gratuity and Pension Benefits clause 4.6 (2):
[(a) If a Government servant retires or is selected for discharge
owing to the abolition of his permanent post, after completing
qualifying service of 5 years or more but less than 10 years, he
may be granted a gratuity not exceeding one month’s pay for each
year of qualifying service, subject to a maximum of Rs.12,500/-.
In the light of above cited rule, it is proposed that Mr. Muhammad Dilawar may be granted
Gratuity amounting Rs.12,500/- admissible to him under Pension Rule 4.6(2)(a) (Copy
enclosed).
