3. PRODUCT-SPECIFIC CHECKS ON REDUCED SAMPLE SIZE (as applicable for specific product/order)
4. PACKING:
Actual Packing Observed for Assorted: Each pc was folded with a “GEMO” size, Price & barcode printed
hangtag & Tissue Paper inserted into both body. Such 10 pcs of solid by colour & assorted by size were
put into a blister poly bag. A barcode sticker stuck on poly bag. Such 07-11 blister i.e 70-110 pcs of
garments solid by colour & assorted by size were kept in to a 7 ply export carton. Duly putted 02 pcs
carton ply board top & bottom of the garments inside the export carton then closed by transparent
gummed tape.
Actual Packing Observed for Solid: Each pc was folded with a “GEMO” size, Price & barcode printed
hangtag, then put into a poly bag. A barcode sticker stuck on poly bag. Such 37 to 122 pcs of solid by
colour & size were put into a 7 ply export carton. Duly putted 02 pcs carton ply board top & bottom of the
garments inside the export carton then closed by transparent gummed tape.
