GSP AND BSP JOINT BACKYARD ENCAMPENT 2019

NARRATIVE REPORT

GSP-BSP is indeed a labor of love, sacrifices and dedication of the combined efforts of
scouters, leaders, school administration and the council for the purpose of stimulating real
enjoyment and appreciation of out-doors through varied offered during encampment This is
one of the most exciting activities lines everyone experienced during the joint BSP-GSP
Encampment held at San Fernando National High School Backyard, last September 21-22,2019.
It was a two-day activity participated by different troops in each grade level.

On the first day, registration and parade happened on the first day. This was followed by an
opening ceremony and lecture on Bandaging, Compass Reading and Knot Tying. Afterwards
they had their Rally Games and Amazing Race. At night, they had their Campfire Program
showcasing their unique talents.

On the second day, the program started with the Scouts Own and followed by a Zumba.
Afterwards they proceeded to their Coastal Clean-up Drive. The two days’ encampment were
full of activities to develop scouters physical, mental and spiritual development that they may
play constructive roles in society. The following activities were as follows:
