Ensuring that MTC, packing list, purchased order, serial number and any
essential document as per approved material.
 Piping Inspection of Fit-Up, Orientation and Dimensional checking etc.
 Inspection of value installation an preparing report.
 Inspection of Piping fabrication and Erection of piping, spools, pipe-
supports as per our drawings.
 Ensure that all the Instruments are correctly managed and calibrated.
Monitors the expiry date of calibration certificates.
 Responsible for the overall quality control of all the construction activities at
site.
 Assuring and controlling the work quality as per the approved specification
and drawings.
 Review and inspection of hydro test packages, line check and punch listing
 Witnessing of flange joint assembly and bolt torque.
 Ensure the blinds are removed and correct rating gaskets are installed.
 Inspection of gasket, supports, valves, prior to line reinstatement, acceptance
 as per the latest drawing for construction, codes and specification standards.
 Installation inspection of Static and rotary Equipments (Tank, motor, pump,
compressor)
 Attend weekly meeting and suggest any technique to advance production
without harming the quality of the work.

 Inspection of Hydrostatic and Pneumatic Tests.
 Witness necessary NDT such as penetrant testing, magnetic particle testing,
ultrasonic testing and review of weld radiographs as per the applicable
specification
 Raw material inspection: Visual inspection, Dimensional inspection, Verification
of correctness.
 Monitoring all preservation status activity.

4.PETROSPECT INSPECTION SERVICES. KSA

TASNEE PETROCHEMICAL PLANT
 Checking for consistency with the Welding Procedure Specification (WPS)
 Checking the Welders Qualification and that range of qualification shown
matches the application of WPS being used.
 Ensuring the Approved WPS are available/posted at the site during welding.
 Complying with the ITP (Inspection Test Plan) .
 To carry out Fit up Inspection like Checking Root gap, Mismatch, Internal &
External Alignment, Hi-Lo & Tack Welds before Welding.
 Ensuring all the welding equipment and other measuring devices are
calibrated.
 Reviewing filler wires and electrodes of welding procedure specification.
  Monitoring and Controlling Welders Weekly Repair Rate as per Saudi
Aramco Engineering Standards.
 Ensuring that there is no Cross-contamination between Stainless Steel and
Carbon Steel Pipes/Supports.
 Checking the Welders Qualification and that range of qualification shown
matches the application of WPS being used.

MRPL (ONGC) Project, India
 Review/Approval of Inspection and test plans and Method statements as
required to construction activities.
 Inspection of Pipes, Fitting, Flanges, Gaskets and spools arrived at site
and preparing preservation plans Correlated with Test Certificate.
 Supervising field installation to comply with GA drawing, isometric and
project specification.
 Line checking and preparing punch list prior to release for hydro test,
final mechanical completion activities. Reinstatement punch list
activities, final inspection with client inspector prior to hand over.
 Co-ordination with NDT contractor, painting & Insulation contractor.
Witness final pressure tests, including verification that pressure gauges
have adequate dial range and is calibrated.
