 BE (Mechanical) with first division from Mufakham Jah College of

SUMMARY OF EXPERIENCE:
 Received Appreciation Certificate for successfully done the complete
inspection of Methanol Super Converter (snake tube type Reactor)
during the Shut down Turnaround June/July 2010 of AR RAZI Plant III.
 Comprehensive experience of Inspection activities for Static Equipments
like Pressure Vessels, Tanks, Boilers, Columns, Heat Exchangers, and
Reactors during Shutdown Turnarounds.

 Comprehensive experience of Quality Control and Quality Assurance in

SMAW, GMAW, GTAW and inspection process of all welding processes.

and corrosion mapping of tank bottom plate.

Job Responsibilities:

• Review Project specification and attend the Kick of meeting with Client &
Inter-discipline departments.
• Review WPS and PQR for the project requirement
• Prepare the Inspection Test Plan ( ITP) applicable QA/QC documents /
Procedures as per project requirements.
• Carrying out inspection for all incoming including pipes, welding electrodes
and construction materials.
• Prepare material/weld traceability, inspection reports and control of
documents for regular inspection activities.
• Review/maintain calibration records of Inspection / Test Equipments.
• Co-ordinate and submit RFI to Client and Third party inspectors as per
ITP.
• Carry out the visual inspection on weld joints. Control and witnessing for

• Complete Inspection of Methanol Super Converter (Reactor) includes


removal and reinstallation of snake tubes and catalyst replacement
activities during the Shut Turnaround June/July 2010 of AR RAZI Plant III.
• Complete Inspection of maintenance and repair works Waste heat Boiler
in TASNEE PDH Plant Shutdown.
• Total Inspection of Niro Powder Dryer in TASNEE HDPE Plant Shutdown.
• Preparation of Quality Control Plan, Preparation of Inspection and Test
Plant site Co-ordination Plant Shut Down Inspection, Hydro Test Package
and Inspection Report.
• QC Dossier preparation, NDT Co-ordination, Customer feed back
monitoring, Monitoring of calibrated instruments.
• To prepare the Turnaround package and checking for final approval.
• Checking incoming Inspection, In-process Inspection and Final
Inspections per QSM Procedure (Scope of Work).
• Reviewing the Hydro test package by means of Support details, as built
Isometric drawings, P & ID, Punch list, Weld map, Welding Report and
pipe internal Cleaning Report.
• Conducting Welder Qualification Test, Procedure Qualification Test
and Plant T/A Inspection etc.
• Carrying out preliminary inspection of materials of construction and
reviewing the material mill certificate.
• Preparing the weld inspection and material traceability Certificate and
updating the same.

final weld, conducting the NDT Test on welding joints.

• Responsible for the system definition of tie in and other lines in the
existing plant by marking up the P&ID's and shoring the test limit and
prepare and arrange for pressure list.

• Coordinate with testing groups in the preparation test requirement of each


test pack and facile close out of any outstanding punch items.

• Inspection of fabrication and welding of the piping system as per shop and
field weld and inspection of the same.

• Quality check on the material and installation as per the quality


specification / manual and client quality standards and requirements.

• Check and inspect the gaskets, supports, valves prior to line reinstatement
as per latest drawing specification codes & standards.

• Inspection of fabrication and welding of the piping system as per shop and
field weld and inspection of the same.

• Issue punch list on lines that requires so, monitor and supervise
reinstatement.
